How to Unlock the "Project M" Side Mission

Requirements:
Complete the main story (first playthrough).
Steps to Trigger the Mission
1.Head to Lysandre Café
2.Use the elevator to go down to B3F
3.Enter Lysandre Labs
4.A cutscene will trigger and Mewtwo will appear
5.The battle begins — you can attempt to catch it immediately
